About Crewell Care Homes

​Creswell Care Homes comes to the friendly town of Creswell to help the community provide care to our aging and disabled loved ones in a home-like setting closer home. Our Adult Foster home is Aesthetically positioned on a butte that overlooks the mountains on one side and the city skyline on the other side.

We have a team of experienced caregivers under the supervision of a very seasoned RN with over 20 years of experience and over 15 of those years providing Adult foster care. 

We provide care that is person -centered, recognizing that each individual has unique abilities and struggles and supporting them in their independence.

Our home is staffed 24/7 with Compassionate and experienced Caregivers.

We welcome you to a tour of the home, and look forward to taking care of your loved ones.​​

  • Physical Activities: For enhanced mood, range of motion, weight management, Cardiovascular health and Camaraderie.

  • Indoor Games: Such as Puzzles, Games, Art projects, and Bingo for mental stimulation and cognitive function.

  • Social Interactions: We encourage social interactions by planning movie nights, Special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, engaging in gardening activities, participating in meal planning and table set-up. This helps reduce the feeling of loneliness and loss of independence.

  • Encouraging Emotional Freedom: We create time to know our residents, their hobbies, and their dislikes through music, art and storytelling.
